Pricing: All prices on the site are in £ Sterling and include VAT. We try to ensure that all our information is up to date and correct. However, we do reserve the right to cancel an order should there be a pricing error. We will of course contact you and refund your order in full.

Ordering: Please feel free to order on the web, however, if you have any queries or you feel more comfortable ordering in person, just give us a call at the shop where one of our staff will be happy to advise and take your order.

Orders up to the value of £10 are charged at £2.50
Orders up to the value of £100 cost £4.99.
Orders over £100 are delivered FREE of charge

Depending on the size of the good you order, your delivery will be either via Interlink, or
First Class Royal Mall (for delivery outside the UK mainland - please contact us on 01889-598749 and we will be happy to quote for delivery to your area).

Delivery Time: If your ordered items are in stock, you should receive your order within 3 to 4 working days. We will always endeavour to deliver within 10 to 14 days at the outside.  Should there be a particular urgency with your order (that forgotten anniversary, the wedding you thought was next week) we will do our very best to get it to you as quickly as possible.

Damage Goods: All items are inspected for damage before they leave our premises.  In the unlikely event that they sustain damage in transit or you are unhappy with the condition in which you receive your order, then please let us know immediately. We will of course replace or refund Items that are not in good working order.

Cancellation: Should you change your mind and wish to cancel your order you have 5-days in which to do so. Please call us direct and we will process the refund.  If your order has already been dispatched, the process of refund will be completed once the order has been returned, and checked for damage, so please ensure it is returned by a safe and secure method (damaged items will not be refunded), if it is a large item we will arrange for a courier to up-lift it.  You will receive a full refund minus any postal delivery/collection charges we have incurred.

Refunds: Should you decide that you are not happy with the goods you have ordered, please return to us within 14 days. So long as they are in their original packaging, and in good condition. We will be happy to refund the cost of the item.

Privacy: We totally respect the privacy of our customers - you can rest assured that we will never pass on your details to a third party.

Security: We are of course concerned with the security of your credit card details.  We use Protx and Barclaycard Merchant Services, who deal with the entire transaction on our behalf. It is all processed through an encrypted site managed by Barclaycard Merchant Services using the latest security protection procedures.

WEEE Regulations: In line with “The Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive” All sales outlets have to comply with UK law.  We as a company are B2B registered and in full compliance with legislation.
