Chicago Metallic Professional(large Jelly Pan,'SwissRoll')

Chicago Mettallic, founded in Chicago in 1898, used primary expertise in providing commercial quality bake ware to offer consumers the very best in home-baking performance. The square and rectangular pans are folded at the ends, to provide a triple thick layer at the corners, to reinforce the rim, increase the strength and resist warping. The lips of the pans are also reinforced with a sturdy steel rod, which is curled inside the rim, to provide additional strength and warp-resistance.

The professional line is doubled coil-coated with non-stick ILAFLON LIFETIME RESIST coating. This unique coating has proven to be 10times tougher than ordinary non-stick coatings. That’s why all items in the professional line come with a lifetime-limited guarantee.
