Silverwood Anodised 'Eyecatcher' 7" Square Cake Pan

This bakeware is silver anodized. After each use, the anodized surface captures and retains a microscopic film of lubricant which builds up to form a “patina”. Avoiding strong detergent will allow the patina to develop, providing significantly improved release properties. If at any time the patina is removed, normal use will start the patina process to start again. This bakeware is not suitable for the dishwasher.

This pan is brilliant  for those special occasions.
